The Galleys - Celebrating Our 2025 Award Winners

Last week was our annual awards dinner, what we affectionately call "The Galleys." It was a reminder of who we are becoming.

We gathered to celebrate character, growth, and production. All of it matters. Culture and results go hand in hand.

Jeanna was honored with the Bear Award for her fierce loyalty and steady strength. She protects our culture and shows up with heart and grit.

Kim received the Pillar Award because she is exactly that. Quietly dependable. Steady. Foundational. The kind of leader every organization needs.

Jamie Barker earned the Resilience Award. This year stretched her. And instead of shrinking, she grew. That kind of perseverance changes people.

We also recognized our top agents.

Top Agent awards went to Jeanna Gatton and Kim Gannon for their outstanding production and leadership in the field. Excellence leaves clues, and they continue to set the standard.

And Agent of the Year, with an incredible 42 transactions, went to Samantha Ortiz. Forty-two families served. Forty-two lives impacted. That level of consistency, discipline, and follow-through is not accidental. It is earned.

We were also honored to have David Morgan, our Keller Williams Team Leader, join us and speak into the room. He challenged us to think bigger, grow intentionally, and never confuse comfort with progress.

Nights like this are important. They remind us that we are building more than a business. We are building people.

Proud of this team. Proud of the standard. And we're just getting started.
